We are praying for the Lord to have mercy towards those who are going through trials of many kinds especially those affected by the global pandemic for the Lord’s healing, accepting that the Lord’s will ultimately be done.

Wednesday 05-08-20

Join us as we ask God for continued provision and sustenance for all those affected economically due to the lockdowns. Pray specifically for widows, orphans, Old people, less privilege, indigenous workers in our motherland of Zimbabwe and across the globe.

Thursday 06-08-20

Help us ask God may heal our nation economically, socially and politically.

Friday 07-08-20

Ask God’s help that Christians in Zimbabwe will be able to persevere during these challenging times and continue to be faithful witnesses of the gospel.

Saturday 08-08-20

Pray for the Lord to intervene and reveal His will for our nation in our day. Pray for all those in leadership positions from church to government to lead God’s people in awe of God.
Also pray that God uproots corruption in our nation.

Sunday 09-08-20

Please help us pray for the FOCUS ZIMBABWE, Weekly Gospel Focus to reach many students and graduates so that many may be greatly strengthened in this difficult time. And that many, through this gospel focus, would come to faith.

Nelson Vhukani

Nelson Vhukani is the current Regional Director of FOCUS Zimbabwe (Fellowship of Christian Union Students in Zimbabwe). He has a passion for developing young people and has served in FOCUS Zimbabwe for 6 years. Nelson also assists as a pastor at the United Baptist Church of Zimbabwe in Gweru, Zimbabwe. He is a core team member of The Gospel Confederation of Zimbabwe (TGCZ). Nelson and his wife, Tatenda, have one baby girl, Mayah.
